CERAMIC HARIO V60-02 DRIPPER

The Hario V60 pourover brewer is a cult favorite. Invented by Japanese brand Hario in 2006 it shot to stardom in barista circles. The 60 in the title refers to the 60° slope of the cone which provides sufficient surface area for the water to coffee contact to produce the perfect cup of coffee. Why do we love them?
