Shipping in Canada

We use Canada Post and Fedex for shipping.

Free shipping Canada-wide on orders over $48.00 (~3 bags or more).

Typical transit times are the followings:

• Alberta: 1-4 Business days
• British Columbia and Saskatchewan: 2-5 Business days
• Manitoba and Ontario: 3-7 Business days
• Quebec and the Maritime Provinces: 5-10 Business days
• Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut: 5-10 business days

*Rural areas may experience longer shipping times then the times noted above

 *Express shipping is available at extra cost

Shipping to USA

Free shipping to the USA for orders over $50.00 (~4 bags or more)

We ship our orders to the USA using mainly Canada Post. Canada Post passes the parcel to USP. Orders can be tracked via Canada Post and UPS using the provided tracking numbers

Typical transit times are the following:  

• USA is 5-10 business days.

*Express shipping is available at extra cost and can be selected at checkout

*Customers are responsible for any custom and duty fees if deemed necessary by the US Custom service

Refund Policy

Coffee is perishable so we are unable to accept returns on coffee. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order contact us at jaguar@shopjaguarcoffee.com within 10 days of your purchase. Our customer service has your back!
